You can fill out the form below for any test request, training request, solution partnership, suggestion, request, objection and complaint you want to convey to the BİLTİR Centre and the No-Damage Collision Test Laboratory-Vehicle Safety Unit.

Complaints are evaluated in accordance with the assessment below.

• The person(s) who will evaluate the complaint are determined by the senior management. The person/persons who cause the complaint are not included among the person(s) to be evaluated.
• The result of the evaluation is notified to the Requester by the Senior Management via e-mail and/or telephone.
• If the complaint is related to the senior management, the person(s) who will evaluate the complaint is determined by the Quality System Unit Officer. In this case, the result of the evaluation is notified to the Requester by the Quality System Unit Officer via e-mail and/or telephone.
